AIRCRAFT REGISTRATION

The following documents are required for Aircraft Registration:

• Application on Form CAA-054 (Rev-I)
• Copy of Import Permit from Govt. of Pakistan
• NOC issued by Air Transport Directorate
• Proof of Ownership
• Custom Clearance
• De-registration of aircraft from previous state
• Processing fee

AIRWORTHINESS CERTIFICATE

The following documents are required for issuance of Airworthiness Certificate:

• Application on Form CAA-053 (Rev-I). A copy of Type Certificate and its technical data sheets or acceptable equivalent documents issued by the state of design/ manufacturer
• A copy of Type Certificate and its technical data sheets or acceptable equivalent documents issued by the state of design/ manufacturer
• A copy of the Certificate of Airworthiness for export issued by the State of manufacture/State of last registry or the current Certificate of Airworthiness
• A copy of Flight Manual or acceptable equivalent document
• A copy of the crew Operations manual
• A copy of the manufacturer’s maintenance/service, overhaul, repair and wiring diagram manuals and illustrated parts catalogues of the aircraft, engine, propeller and installed equipment along with a written confirmation from the manufacturers thereof that amendments, revisions, or new issues will be supplied to the CAA as and when these are issued
• A complete set of all manufactures service bulletins or equivalent documents issued in respect of the aircraft along with a written confirmation from the manufacturers thereof that amendments, revisions, or new issued will be supplied to the CAA as and when these are issued
• A copy of the aircraft weight and balance manual
• A copy of production flight test report issued by the aircraft manufacturer

For aircraft assemble in Pakistan:

• Flight test report of the aircraft on Form CAA 058 (Rev-1)
• Flight test report of the aircraft’s Avionics equipment on Form CAA 062 (Rev-1)
• Ground test (ATC) report of the aircraft’s Avionics equipment on Form CAA 063

The following documents are required for renewal of Airworthiness Certificate:

• Transport Category Aircraft:
• Application on Form CAA-469
• Radio Station License
• Insurance Certificate
• Weight Schedule
• Certificate regarding maintenance of aircraft in accordance with approved maintenance schedule during last 12 months
• Mandatory modification compliance report on Form CAA-024 (Rev-I)
• Declaration regarding compliance with all applicable Airworthiness Notices, ANOs and Policy Letters
• Certificate of aircraft radio installation on Form CAA-581
• Certificate of Maintenance Review (C of MR)

General Aviation Aircraft:

• Application on Form CAA-469
• Radio Station License
• Insurance Certificate
• Weight Schedule
• Certificate regarding maintenance of aircraft in accordance with approved maintenance schedule during last 12 months
• Mandatory modification compliance report on Form CAA-024 (Rev-I)
• Declaration regarding compliance with all applicable Airworthiness Notices, ANOs and Policy Letters
• Certificate of aircraft radio installation on Form CAA-581
• Certificate of Maintenance Review (C of MR)

On completion of the work the operator will submit following as part of log book entries:-

• Proof loading results as applicable
• Rigging data
• Compression check as applicable
• Fuel & Oil consumption
• Bonding test results
• Battery capacity check results
• Compass swing results
• Details of scheduled maintenance checks performed
• Details of work performed on the aircraft other than scheduled maintenance
• Life of major components installed on aircraft
• Certificate for fitness of flight
• Test flight report (2 copies)
• Radio report (aircraft station) (2 copies)
• Radio report (ground station) (2 copies)
