FOR DOMESTIC OPERATORS ONLY

For each airline registered in the state, which offers Domestic Schedule Air Transport Service (Passenger or Cargo) but no International schedule service, the filling requirement of Air Transport reporting Form of ICAO are as under.

ICAO FORMS

FORM A	Traffic – Schedule Airlines (To be filed each Quarter)
FORM D	Fleet and Personnel Schedule Airline (For each calendar year of Fiscal Year of the Airline)
FORM EF	Financial data are not required to be reported for Domestic Airline, but the ICAO Secretariat appreciates receiving forms EF-1 and / or the published annual financial report of the Domestic airlines.

FOR INTERNATIONAL OPERATORS

ICAO FORMS

FORM-A	Traffic – schedule Airlines (to be filed each month)
FORM C	Traffic by flight stage for reporting International Schedule Services of the Airlines, at the end of each Calendar year.
FORM-D	Fleet and personnel schedule Airlines for reporting Fleet and Personnel at the end of each calendar year of fiscal year of the Airlines.
FORM-EF	Financial data – Scheduled Airlines for Reporting financial data at the end of each of calendar year or fiscal year of the Airline.
