Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Pakistan implemented web based software application for Aero Medical and Flight Standards Department. CAA IT team has implemented a cost effective solution for two of the major departments at Civil Aviation Authority. The system will act as a One Window facility that will be operational round the clock and it will be managed by staff from Civil Aviation Authority country wide.
PCAA TAKES MEASURES TO FACILITATE PASSENGERS
In an endeavor to facilitate passengers at the airports in line with National Aviation Policy 2015, approved by the honorable Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, CAA introduces free of charge CAA Help facility for Senior Citizens, Special and Unwell Passengers at major airports namely Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.

PRESS RELEASE BBIAP RUNWAY CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS TILL OCTOBER 28, 2015
Islamabad: The runway of Benazir Bhutto International Airport Islamabad will be closed from Sunday, Oct 18 2015 till Wednesday, Oct 28, 2015 due to renovations being done as part of routine maintenance work. Except for Monday, the runway will be closed daily from 1pm till 6pm.

CAA REVISED CHARGES FOR PASSENGERS EFFECTIVE FROM 1ST AUGUST, 2015
Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) has also increased variable landing charges at slot constrained airports by 25 per cent. This will be applicable across the board irrespective of historical slots at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore and Benazir Bhutto International Airport, Islamabad from Winter Schedule – 2015 during peak hours.
